During the editing process this week I’ve hit a snag. It’s harder than I thought to add the titles to the project at hand. I’ve chosen my type of subtitle to add on the project. However editing the text is the problem. I already have the titles planned in order. First would be "Erickson Sanon Presents" Then, "Erickson Sanon Pictures" Next would be my actor credits, "Erickson Sanon" and "Allen Petit" After which would be the film title, "" Next would be the casting credit, which was by me. The music by credit will go to. The visual effects is by me again. The costume design credits goes to me and Allen. Editing credit goes to me once again. I decided on the locations and design of the movie so the production designer credit goes to me. Director of photography goes to me as I was the one who filmed most of the scenes. The project is "Produced by Erickson Sanon” And lastly the story, writer and director credits follow and are me again. After figuring out adding the text I still have an important thing to do. The music still has to be embedded in the opening sequence. Until then, enjoy this photo of me struggling with the editing the titles.

I started the opening of the play with a gradual opening to create a bit of suspense but, also to give the audience some time to get ready. The added track shot also adds a feel of the audience being their walking with jack, it's overall more intimate. Then after the track shot, there is a fast shot of the play and or movie getting straight to the point. (starting the show) The black screen transition is untimely to show the audience that one scene has ended and that was moving on to something else. This helps with older audience viewers as well guiding them to the next scene. The close-up shots added also add drama with it being a shot that happens out of nowhere. Also, the back and forth shots of jack's pacing add suspense as well to over exaggerate the feeling that's taking place.                                                  Research Blog: Soft (2007)               Soft (2007) is a tense short film drama directed by Simon Ellis. The film is fifteen minutes long and depicts the terrorizing of a father and son by neighborhood teens. Throughout the film we see the emotions of the characters. The father remains visibly scared of the young teens but the son remains angry. The director uses close ups to give the audience a better understanding of the characters emotions. The conflict of the film is that while they are being terrorized the father doesn’t want to retaliate because of his fear and tries to keep the son from doing anything. Planning for my Spalding Basketball commercial

                                                           Planning Blog  Props   There won't really be too much if any props in the commercial. Costumes   In the commercial, the actor(s) will have on appropriate gym clothes. He will wear athletic gym shorts, with a tank top that is playable in. Basketball shoes would have to be mandatory, for grip on the court and best performance. The actor may wear compression tights, depending on the conditions.
